Ofsted Report

Below you will be able to see our most recent full Ofsted report from November 2014. By clicking here you will also be able to view it directly from the Ofsted website. Before the last full report, you will be able to see our most recent 'Short Inpsection' report from September 2018, confirming that the school remains a 'Good' school; you can also view the report directly from the Ofsted website by clicking here.

We are especially pleased that the most recent inspection report recognises that, "Carsington and Hopton is a very small school, which sits at the centre of the village community. There is a warm, welcoming atmosphere and pupils enjoy coming to school because it is ‘fun’"

You can view the school on the 'School Performance Tables', although with very small cohorts, some of our data may not be published, by clicking here.

The other area where the school is inspected is by the National Society to gauge our distinctiveness and effectiveness as a Church school - this also grades our school as 'Good'. Please click here to view the report - or here to see it on the National Society's website.
